Just like a kitchen at home, the dining hall is the heart of our campus, where our chefs prepare the delicious and nourishing meals that see us through the summer. The dining hall provides indoor seating for 40-50, and an additional 20-25 seats on the dining hall porch look out across the Valley for one of the best views on campus. The dining hall has four public restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and buffet facilities. 

At the back of the dining hall, a special event space, Rosie's Cantina, is available for advance reservation. Rosie's will accommodate 40-50 people and houses a large projector screen, sound system, and buffet facilities.
